45 minute online classes to keep you connected to your technique during breaks from regular training. Condition alongside a small group of other dancers as you tune in for focused exercises to strengthen your technique and reinvigorate your stamina.
Unlike Personal Online Coaching, these classes focus on overall body conditioning. Corrections are generalized and cueing is meant to encourage individual evaluation. This is perfect as you ramp up for summer intensive or get back into shape for fall semester.
