Individualized Live Online Ballet Coaching for Pre-Professional Dancers
Personalized conditioning for pre-professional dancers using Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) to build strength, control, and body awareness.
Pre-professional ballet training places high physical and mental demands on young dancers — often without clear guidance on how to balance strength, technique, and recovery. At Hayden Creech Coaching, we guide dancers through every step by asking thoughtful questions that build critical thinking and body awareness, helping them understand how sustainable movement originates.
"A passing correction in technique class can't be applied or even understood in the moment, so this is a place for dancers to come and dissect it. To achieve it within their distinct anatomy." -Hayden
Building Awareness of Where Movement Comes From
Many pre-professional dancers work hard but rely on surface-level effort rather than the deep, efficient musculature. At Hayden Creech Coaching, we use Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) alongside guided questioning and targeted exercises to help dancers identify their deep core and external rotators — the foundation that supports balance, turnout, and efficient technique.
As dancers learn to feel and understand this internal structure, they begin to recognize where sustainable movement originates. This awareness allows them to move with more control and consistency, reduce compensatory patterns, and adapt their technique as training demands increase.
If This Sounds Familiar...
- You train consistently, but progress feels unpredictable
- Corrections don’t always stick, even though effort is high
- You're strong, but have to fight very hard to maintain turnout and alignment while dancing
- You sense something is missing, but it’s hard to identify what — and you don’t want to wait for an injury to address it
Many families seek coaching not because something is “wrong,” but because they want clearer, more sustainable improvement. At Hayden Creech Coaching, we focus on strengthening the underlying support systems that allow technique to progress naturally, helping dancers train more efficiently and intentionally.

We don’t have access to live PBT and I was hesitant for my daughter to just follow a video as the movements need to be precise. Hayden is amazing. She is able to visually see what needs corrections as well as get feedback from the student which increases body awareness. My 13 year old daughter feels very comfortable with her. We found a gem!
I am beyond thrilled with the experience my daughter has had with Hayden Creech Coaching! From day one, Hayden's dedication and expertise have been evident in every session. It's clear that Hayden genuinely cares about her progress and well-being. She looks forward to every lesson, and I've already seen positive improvements. I could not recommend Hayden more highly—she’s an amazing coach!
It's refreshing to see an articulate presentation of the PBT work, with such great use of imagery within your teaching.

Thank you for your demonstration of this difficult exercise. It's evident you have thorough knowledge of the technique and cues of the rolling pike. Your students are very fortunate to be guided by your nurturing, clearly detailed approach to teaching.
