How Live, One-on-One PBT Conditioning Works

Live, one-on-one conditioning is all about real-time correction and modification, but it also builds long-term proprioception and self-discovery. Beyond 45 minutes of focused improvement, students emerge better able to self-correct in class and identify problem areas.

We ask many questions in every session so both teacher and student can fully understand the dancer's body. Technique only does its job if it is tailored to a dancer's unique anatomy.
